Behaviour and Attendance Achievement

At Ormiston Park Academy, we believe in celebrating excellence. Every Monday, form time is dedicated to recognising students who demonstrate exemplary behaviour, improved punctuality, and strong attendance. These are key elements that reflect our PARK values of Perseverance, Aspiration, Responsibility and Knowledge.

Each week, forms take part in friendly competitions, highlighting the best conduct, highest attendance, and most consistent punctuality. These achievements are shared and celebrated across the academy, reinforcing our culture of positive conduct.

At the end of every half term, this recognition culminates in our Celebration Assembly, where students receive bronze, silver, and gold certificates, along with well‑earned treats to reward their efforts.

To build on this success, we will soon be launching our exciting new Scratch Card Reward System, inspired by the fun of a lottery ticket, designed to further motivate and celebrate students who consistently meet our expectations in behaviour, attendance, and punctuality.
